Our Programs
Opportunity for All Program
A structured 11-week cohort model that offers guidance and mentorship to neurodivergent individuals aspiring to join the workforce. Participants follow a thorough curriculum, which incorporates on-the-job training with community employer partners. They receive instruction on standard hiring procedures, resume development, effective interviewing techniques, and professional attire.
Workforce Development Workshops
For individuals who may not require the
comprehensive Opportunity for All Program,
Phenix Gateway provides ad-hoc workforce
development workshops. These workshops
cover various topics such as resume building,
interviewing skills, professional attire, career
exploration, workplace social skills, and
more.
Community Engagement & Awareness
Phenix Gateway is committed to serving the community as a collaborative partner and has developed educational resources for widespread access. These resources include presentations for community members, employers, and nonprofits, an online portal, and additional tools.
Employer Engagement/Training
Phenix Gateway aims to expand its model by
educating and mentoring employers
interested in fostering inclusive workplace
cultures. This program assists employers in
hiring individuals with intellectual disabilities
or neurodevelopmental disorders creating
sensory-friendly environments, optimizing the
interview process, and implementing other
inclusive practices.
