Opportunity for All Program

A structured 11-week cohort model that offers guidance and mentorship to neurodivergent individuals aspiring to join the workforce. Participants follow a thorough curriculum, which incorporates on-the-job training with community employer partners. They receive instruction on standard hiring procedures, resume development, effective interviewing techniques, and professional attire.

Workforce Development Workshops

For individuals who may not require the comprehensive Opportunity for All Program, Phenix Gateway provides ad-hoc workforce development workshops. These workshops cover various topics such as resume building, interviewing skills, professional attire, career exploration, workplace social skills, and more.

Community Engagement & Awareness

Phenix Gateway is committed to serving the community as a collaborative partner and has developed educational resources for widespread access. These resources include presentations for community members, employers, and nonprofits, an online portal, and additional tools.

Employer Engagement/Training

Phenix Gateway aims to expand its model by educating and mentoring employers interested in fostering inclusive workplace cultures. This program assists employers in hiring individuals with intellectual disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders creating sensory-friendly environments, optimizing the interview process, and implementing other inclusive practices.
